£150 for up to 2 children. Additional children are £20 each (max 4 children per session) 

Deposit: a non-refundable £50 deposit is required upon booking & the remaining balance is to be paid on or before 1st September 2025.

T&C'S - Please Read: 

1. Deposits are non-refundable.

2. Full payment must be paid before 1.9.25. 

3. Guaranteed turnaround time is within 2 weeks. 

4. Santa Ste & Erin Roberts Photography are not liable for children who do not wish to participate or interact with Santa on the day. Together we will all give encouragement to the children and will do our very best to help them feel comfortable and have the most amazing time. 

5. Please arrive 5 minutes early and have children dressed ready to begin their session. 

6. Please inform Erin Roberts Photography if your session is Build A Bear with Santa Ste or Decorate Gingerbread House with Santa Ste upon booking. 

7. If Unable to attend/cancel - Deposits can be transferred by Erin Roberts Photography discretion, but full refunds will not be given as of loss of earnings. 

8. One session Is for one or two Children. Additional children are £20 each, max 4 children per session. The Additional Payment is required before the event. 

9. Personal filming is allowed, but we kindly ask that no pictures are taken during your session.
